- Handling Minor Complaints: Addressing small customer complaints on the spot or escalating bigger issues to supervisors.
- Observing Security: Being aware of any suspicious behavior and reporting it to management or security.
- Promoting Services or Products: Informing customers about specials, promotions, or upcoming events.
