  • To oversee the supervision of Tour Guides and Dominica Taxi Association Drivers ensuring that they adhere to the correct procedures and perform their duties accordingly and to carry out on the spot inspection of tours.
  • To maintain Cruise line and Tour guide files.
  • To ensure that all tickets for tours are collated and sorted along with the bus signs, tour descriptions, tour itineraries and all bags prepared for each ship at least one day prior to the ship's arrival.
  • To ensure that drivers on tour are certified, uniformed and that they display proper IDs and that they are on the Dominica Taxi Association List.
  • To assist the Tour & Product Development Specialist in the preparation of all tour transaction (including reconciling of tickets for tours, meals, drinks, etc.) by certifying documents for immediate collection for future payment from various vessels.
  • To ensure that all cash collected is accounted for and lodged the same day without exception. You will be responsible for any discrepancies. Any shortages of cash collected on behalf of the Company can be deducted from your salary.
  • To assist in the investigation of tour complaints/accidents ensuring that accurate information is received and reports sent out in a timely manner to all concerned including the Insurance Company).
  • Respond to emails and other Ferry correspondence.
